In sensor/dimming mode, runtime extends to 2-3 nights of autonomous operation. The massive battery reserve (4-6x larger than typical decorative post-top lights) means the fixture maintains reliable nightly illumination even after 2-3 consecutive overcast days — eliminating the "dark light" problem common on undersized-battery solar luminaires.
The ZC-TYD2505 is designed for standard 76mm (3-inch) diameter posts — compatible with most commercial post-top mounting systems. The fixture mounts via a top-cap adapter (included) that secures to the post crown. Post material can be aluminum, steel, or concrete — the fixture's own weight (die-cast aluminum construction) is compatible with all standard post structural ratings at the 4-6m recommended height. Note: the post itself is not included — provided by the installer or supplied separately by E-Able Power upon request. Solar panel must have direct sun exposure — avoid mounting under dense tree canopy.
