TrailNova All-in-Two Solar Street Light

The TrailNova series is an all-in-two solar street light with 4 rated-power options from 60W–120W. A separate adjustable monocrystalline solar panel pairs with an integrated lamp head housing the LED array, LiFePO4 battery and MPPT charge controller, supported by remote control for scheduling and dimming, plus IP66 weather protection. Suitable for municipal roads, village roads, commercial access roads and parking lots, with the final configuration confirmed against the applicable series specification and project requirement — backed by OEM/ODM, DIALux simulation and project sizing.

Series selection

Choose from the verified 60W – 120W rated-power range, then confirm the final configuration for the project.

Sizing and engineering considerations

When specifying an all-in-two system, start from the required lux level and dark hours, then confirm the rated power that meets that target at the project mounting height. TrailNova offers 60W to 120W, and the model matrix reserves the solar panel, battery and mounting height needed for a dependable result.

Because the panel is separate, also confirm the available pole face for the array and the wind class, as the panel mounting contributes to the overall wind load. Engineered designs should be checked against local conditions before the final configuration is released for production.

Where the All-in-Two layout works best

Because the solar panel and fixture are two separate parts, TrailNova suits sites where the panel orientation can be optimised independently — for example where the light head faces a road but the pole side is shaded, or where the array needs to be tilted toward the equator to maximise daily charge.

The all-in-two configuration also simplifies maintenance: the light head and the panel can be serviced separately, and the battery enclosure is easier to reach than in a fully sealed all-in-one unit. This makes the series a practical choice for municipal road retrofits and infrastructure projects where future servicing is part of the decision.

  • Municipal roads — rated-power options from 60W to 120W cover urban and sub-urban carriageways.
  • Car parks & yards — separate panel lets you orient the array for maximum daylight on shaded perimeters.
  • Engineered projects — per-model configuration is confirmed against the project lighting plan and local wind class.

TrailNova Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between an all-in-two and an all-in-one solar street light?
An all-in-two solar street light uses a separate adjustable solar panel plus a lamp head that houses the LED array, battery and controller, while an all-in-one keeps the panel, storage and electronics in a single unit. The all-in-two lets you aim the solar panel toward the sun regardless of road direction for better energy harvest, without a separate ground-level battery box.
What power options does the TrailNova series offer?
The TrailNova series provides 4 rated-power options from 60W to 120W, each confirmed against the applicable series specification and project requirement. It also supports remote control for schedule and brightness programming on site.
How is the TrailNova product configuration confirmed?
Configuration is confirmed against the applicable series specification and project requirement — pole height, road width, nightly operating hours and target lux determine the rated power, LiFePO4 battery capacity and solar panel size. Our engineers provide a DIALux simulation and sizing before production.
