High-Power Double Arm Split Solar Street Light — 7M 50W Dual-Lamp Infrastructure

The peak of high-power outdoor lighting for two-way municipal roads, highways and industrial parks. The Split Design architecture decouples the solar panel, LED lamp and battery so each component operates at maximum efficiency — delivering heavy-duty lighting performance with LiFePO4 or Gel battery flexibility. Dual 50W Lumileds 3030 luminaires at 170 lm/W illuminate both carriageways from a single 7-meter pole.

“Split solar street lights represent the absolute peak of high-power outdoor lighting. By decoupling the solar panel, LED lamp and battery, this split architecture maximizes the efficiency of each component — heavy-duty lighting performance with LiFePO4 or Gel battery flexibility, a superior long-term investment for municipal infrastructure.”

Engineering & Performance Advantages

⚙️ Split Architecture

By housing panels, batteries and LEDs separately, each component runs at maximum efficiency — with LiFePO4 or Gel battery flexibility to match the project budget, climate and operating profile.

️ Dual-Arm Coverage

Two independent 50W luminaires on a single 7-meter pole illuminate both carriageways of a two-way road from one foundation — halving pole count and civil works versus single-arm alternatives.

Heavy-Duty Energy Core

Dual LiFePO4 12.8V/50Ah deep-cycle packs rated for 2,000+ cycles at 80% DOD, charged by 100W monocrystalline panels through 10A MPPT controllers — dependable all-night power for infrastructure duty.

Buyer FAQ

Why choose a 7m double-arm configuration for municipal roads?
A double-arm pole mounts two independent 50W luminaires on a single 7-meter structure, illuminating both carriageways of a two-way road from one foundation — halving pole count and civil works versus single-arm alternatives. The 7m height is well suited to secondary arterial roads, industrial parks and highway access roads where compact infrastructure with two-sided coverage is required.
How are the dual solar panels and batteries configured?
The reference configuration pairs two 100W/18V monocrystalline panels with two LiFePO4 12.8V/50Ah deep-cycle packs (2,000+ cycles at 80% DOD), managed by two 10A MPPT controllers. The split architecture also supports LiFePO4 or Gel battery flexibility — and sizing is adjusted around local sunshine hours, rainy-season autonomy, dimming schedule and operating hours without redesigning the pole.
Is wind-load and lighting validation provided for tenders?
Yes. For municipal tenders our engineering team provides DIALux lighting simulations and wind-load calculations based on your road width, pole spacing, mounting height and target lux levels. Provide the destination market and project inputs so the applicable drawings and documentation can be reviewed for the selected configuration and local standards.
What is the expected design life and maintenance requirement?
Design life is component-matched: pole >20 years (hot-dip galvanized + powder coated Q235 steel), LED luminaires >50,000 hours, solar modules >20 years, and battery/controller 5-10 years depending on cycling depth. Maintenance is limited to periodic panel cleaning and annual connection inspection — batteries are maintenance-free, and a 3-year standard warranty applies.

E-Able Power is an ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified manufacturer. All split solar street lights are CE and RoHS compliant with 3-year standard warranty.
